A two hour staging consultation including a personalized "to do" list for your client starts at $150.00

On average a would say that an hour walk through can generate 50+ things for your client to do prior to listing to make sure all of the red flags are gone and the home flows and shines for potential buyers.

An investment of $150.00 pay for itself by so many times, I could not put a number on it. make sure your marketing budget has enough room for staging because it is an area that you know you are directly investing in, to help the bottom line of your business.

As one agent said to me, "I would rather directly invest in staging my listings than send out a post card mailer to a luke warm audience at best". How many leads do those really generate? Put your money directly into the listing that you want to sell, fast!
